We will not require a deposit or any money of any kind to book the apartment until you are satisfied that it fulfils your requirements after viewing. Short Break up to 3 Full Days including transfer up to 3 Person €490 These prices are for upto three people sharing. The apartment is about 50 SqM + terrace 20 SqM

The rental does not include any bedding or linen , as customers prefer to take their own. We understand that could cause a problem coming by plane If that is case we will provide top quality bedding and linen beach and bath towels free of charge

Normally we require a minimum booking period of one week but, we are flexible as to which day of the week your booking starts and any additional days are simply charged pro-rata.

After your booking, to save you time and money, we will send you a letter of advice and directions etc.

We will meet you to provide keys/advice and collect keys on your departure.

Airport service - we will contact you at Nice Airport on your arrival, take you to Golfe-juan by the touritstic route, show you where the shops and beaches are and come with you to the apartment for inspection
After the holiday we will drive you back to Nice Airport
This service will cost 70 Euros only.
By taxi from Nice Airport to Golf-Juan and back for departure will cost around 180 Euros
